How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2 business days and arrive in 5 to 8 days. You get tracking the moment it leaves our forge partner.
What is your return policy?
Reach out within 14 days if an item arrives damaged or faulty and we will make it right. Email us and we will sort it fast.
How do I care for my knife?
Hand-wash the blade with warm water and mild soap, then dry it right away. Never the dishwasher. Oil the handle now and then and hone the edge to keep it keen.
Are the knives dishwasher safe?
No. Heat and moisture dull the edge and can damage the steel and the handle. Hand-wash and dry immediately for a blade that lasts a lifetime.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Every blade is forged to last. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us and we will take care of you.
